Long before words, we meet the world through touch. In the womb, it holds us, orients us and whispers that we belong. After birth, it continues to be the way we are welcomed into life — through arms that receive us, hands that soothe and bodies that say you are safe.
Touch remains the silent language of connection throughout our life: an embrace that says I’m here, a hand on the shoulder that reassures, a hand in hand that wordlessly says you belong.
In this experiential workshop, you will learn to attune to the body’s innate intelligence and subtle rhythms beneath movement, emotion and thought, using stillness and compassionate touch as a tool to support regulation, connection and growth.
Rooted in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and informed by Pre- and Perinatal Somatic Principles, this work invites a quality of listening that honors the earliest layers of our experience, from preconception onward — where safety, orientation and relationship first take shape.
Through presence and touch, you will rediscover the body’s natural capacity to reorganize, integrate and restore balance.
We each develop a way of living and relating to the world, shaped by our conditions and life experiences from the very beginning. We have been creating patterns and habits to survive that we are no longer aware of because we have identified with them, for example – I am shy, I am usually in a bad mood, things are always hard for me, my back is not strong, I have migraines…
There are many of them and they take many different forms. But they are just that, forms, not who we are or who we are predestined to be. We don’t need to be a victim of our past, we always have the option to change in the present.
Craniosacral Biodynamics does not treat symptoms or pathology but works with the system’s inherent capacity for change to reorganize and rebalance.
Through stillness, deep listening and compassionate touch we support the nervous system to settle, the body to reorganize, and the whole being to reconnect with a sense of ease and vitality.
The workshop will include meditations, guided visualizations, explanations, exercises and work on the tables.
It offers a supportive and nourishing environment for personal exploration and professional development alike.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your sensitivity and your willingness to listen — to yourself, to others, and to life moving through you. Together we’ll explore how stillness and touch can become a doorway to presence, connection and healing.
Carme lives in Fontcoberta, a small village near Lake Banyoles in the north of Catalunya, where she has made her home for more than thirty years and where her two children grew up. It is also here that she offers her therapy and training work.
Originally trained as a professional dancer, Carme danced for over twenty-five years, allowing movement and embodied experience to become her primary teachers. Her body has always been her home, her school and her source of inspiration, shaping a deep sensitivity to presence, perception and relational awareness.
Her journey into Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy began through a personal healing experience. She graduated in 2002 from the European School of Craniosacral Therapy, directed by Robert and Maria Harris, and has been in practice for over twenty-three years, teaching since 2014. Her training includes extensive study with Mike Boxhall, Robert Harris, Paul Vick, Franklyn Sills, Michael Shea and Jim Feil.
Since meeting Ray Castellino in 2012, Carme’s work has increasingly focused on Pre- and Perinatal (PPN) somatic work and its integration with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She assisted in the Spanish Castellino Training from 2013 to 2020 and has been part of the teaching team since 2022. She is a certified Womb Surround Process Workshop facilitator.
Today, Carme works with individuals, couples, families and groups, offering sessions, supervision, professional training and Womb Surround Process workshops. Her work is rooted in creating spaces of safety, listening and presence, supporting the integration of early experiences and fostering greater connection, compassion and gentle reorganization from within.

Craniosacral Biodynamic is a manual therapy developed by osteopath William G. Sutherland (USA, 1873-1954) who dedicated his life to practicing listening to clients with his hands and investigating the body’s own ability to heal, regulate and balance.
These discoveries created a new palpation and treatment system that is non-invasive and non-manipulative and uses the system’s own life intelligence as a guide to the healing process
The name craniosacral comes from the words skull (cranium) and sacrum, the two poles of the Central Nervous System, including the brain and the surrounding structures. Biodynamics refers to the life force that continually seeks the best internal and external balance.
Craniosacral Biodynamics works with the body and its energy field as the home of our sensations, emotions, thoughts, actions and spirit.
Craniosacral Biodynamics is recommended for all ages, from babies to the elderly.
Experiences from preconception, pregnancy, birth and early bonding have a profound impact on the nervous system and continue to influence our patterns of regulation, relationship and resilience throughout life. These experiences are held in the body before explicit memory develops.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) offers a gentle and profound foundation for Pre- and Perinatal (PPN) work. Rather than focusing on techniques or symptoms, BCST provides a way of listening to the body’s earliest experiences, supporting their integration at the level where they were formed.
Through stillness, presence and gentle touch, BCST supports the nervous system in finding safety, regulation and coherence. This creates conditions in which early imprints can naturally come into awareness and integrate without overwhelm.
At our Center for Perinatal Psychology and Early Parenting, we use craniosacral therapy to gently support babies, mothers, families and adults in calming the nervous system and integrating challenging experiences. In this conversation, we talk more about this approach and share our experiences. The conversation is in Croatian.
